When we establish our internal, differentiated, somatic source of truth as our anchor, we become more resilient, self-attuned, and capable of authentic intimacy.  Human Design’s bodygraph offers universal tools that clarify and accelerate this anchoring, helping us to release our grasp on external validation and resource that validation within. 

With this specific, embodied, self-trust in process, we gain the capacity to take radical responsibility for our own perspectives, feelings, and needs while also honoring the autonomy and discernment of others. This shift dissolves codependent patterns - both within interpersonal relationships as well as in one’s relationship to the State - and opens the way for connection built on clarity, freedom, and authentic presence. 

Across five sessions, Kelsey & Jessa will situate Inner Authority within the wider Human Design system, share lived perspectives on its role in relationships, and guide participants through a deep dive into each authority variation

Expect to cultivate both intellectual and somatic attunement to your authority source, to become more adept at recognizing unique co-dependency vulnerabilities in yourself and others,  more discerning in your experience of relating,  and to deepen your respect discernment and autonomy in intimacy.
